Stewart MacFarlane's Persistence opening
13.5.15 - Calvin Coolidge's apt quote (for artists and musicians) is on the invitation and Persistence is the theme of Stewart MacFarlane's latest presentation at the Australian Galleries in Derby St Collingwood. It's a collection of Stewart's drawings (1969 - 2015) as distinct from his usual colourful (in every sense of the word) paintings and has a more introspective feel as a result. I enjoyed it, but I enjoy most of Stewart's output.
Speaking of paintings, Stewart's rumoured to be launching a new series of prints of his paintings on Friday at Bromley & Co. 90 - 95 Chapel St Windsor 6.00 - 8.00.
